- Sessions are tailored to you: We agree on your goals and set milestones.
- Awareness: My job as your coach is to give you as many lightbulb moments as possible, expose you to the numerous possibilities of your voice, and foster a solid understanding of the “why?”
- Application It’s one thing to have the knowledge; it’s another to apply it. I’ll teach you how to apply all the techniques, you’ve been exposed to, in a myriad of scenarios. Basically help you make sense of all the theory in the reality of performing/recording a song.
- Control: You’ve now acquired so much knowledge and possess the adequate tools necessary for application, but control is what makes you THE ARTIST.
Can you turn on & off technique on demand, based on your taste and how you’re feeling? I’ll help you with mastering that!
My greatest mission at the end of it all, is to help you understand you as a vocalist, give you the freedom to make choices you want, and boost your vocal confidence.

I’m sure you’ve heard how important it is to warm up. But what should you be doing and for how long? You’ll see me do a variety of warm up exercises through a variety of keys in my vocal range. Although this is an essential routine for every serious vocalist, I understand how boring it can be. My mission is to make it as exciting as possible and less lonely as we’ll be doing it together.
Smooth transitions between vocal registers is a highly coveted skill. In this video, I’ll cover a number of exercises to help build the bridge between your chest voice and head voice. Flexibility in this area is key for more freedom in singing so let’s work on it together. Because our ranges are different, I’ll work through a variety of keys to suit as many singers as possible.
Everyone, well most people, strongly desire the ability to do riffs and runs and contrary to popular belief, every singer can learn to do riffs and runs in my opinion. I’ll go over a number of exercises, from simple to complex, to help work on your agility and flexibility in moving through a sequence of notes. Again, training can feel overwhelming and daunting but we’re doing it together so you won’t feel alone.
Your ears are super vital for this singing thing. Let’s work on our relative pitch together. I’ll talk you through and show you some basic music theory concepts that will help you with training your ears. If you’re consistent with the exercises in this video, you’ll become better at identifying notes when you hear them. This is a game changer because now, you won’t only sound good, you’ll also know what you’re doing - such a major flex!
The engine of the vocal machine! Let’s build and expand on our inhalation and exhalation capacities together. Learn to sustain notes properly and effortlessly by engaging the relevant breathing muscles.

This is the thing though, not many are able to have a vocal coach on a retainer because it isn’t cheap!! So one way around this is to join my Vocal Athlete Community. You get to meet with me as your vocal coach at least twice a month (one in a group setting and then one personal check in call with me). You will have access to training materials, you’ll be able to ask your questions and get answers regularly. You will be in the company of other likeminded vocalists like yourself which is super helpful because let’s face it, the road to vocal greatness can feel lonely. You’ll also get free/discounted passes to workshops, boot camps, courses that I organise. I’ll basically be your vocal mentor and you won’t have to break the bank for it.
